“Quality” has live dispatchers and operators at the helm 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist clients with any and all reservation needs.  In addition, “Quality” utilizes a fully integrated Web Reservation System on which clients can make reservations and automatically receive confirmation email, update or modify existing reservations, modify client profile preferences and print receipts, directly from your desktop to Quality’s secure server.

To help our clients with internal reporting and cost tracking, “Quality” provides our corporate clients with weekly reports detailing specifics of each ride provided, including, but not limited to, passenger name, pickup location, drop off location and price per ride.

Quality Limousine recognizes that some clients prefer to make reservations weeks in advance, while other clients require more flexible reservation options (e.g. “I need a car right now!”), whatever your specific style or preference, Quality is here to serve you the best way we know how, the “Quality” way.
